The building is used by Kazakhstan President Nursultan NAZARBAYEV to host the guests of the state and is constructed on a land of 15 Hectars. The building involves a Meeting Saloon, Dining Saloon, Indoor Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Guest Bedrooms, King Bedroom, Hobby Room, Kitchen and rooms for Artists.ABN Construction completed the Movable Furnitures, Central Figured Parquets and Staircases.
