Our 5 Star Hotel Construction has 38.000 m2 closed construction area and it is in the Sevastopol City which is on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine.The hotel has totally 300 rooms; 4 of them are King Suites and 296 of them are standart rooms. It has 2 main blocks and has 9 flats and also it has extra blocks for common using. The Restaurant in Hotel is 2200 m2, the SPA-Fitness Lounge is 1100 m2 and the Multipurpose Conference Hall is 1400 m2.There is a Turkish Bath, a Sauna, Massage Rooms, a Body-Building Hall, Indoor Swimming Pool and a Vitamin Bar in the SPA-Fitness Lounge.The hotel on the seaside has a very wide area and it also has an Open Air Swimming Pool which is 1300 m2, 2 Snack Bars, Game Field for children, Sports Fields and an Open Car Park.All the buildings of the complex are constructed completely Earthquake Resistant by ABN Construction.
